Session (90′) : 30€*
Ninety-minute sessions that are structured according to the student’s needs and level. All lessons start with 20 minutes theory plus training on the beach. You will spend the next 60 minutes in the water, catching waves with the help of your instructor and 10 minutes at the end of the session where you discuss your progress and plan your next steps in the sport.

The Intense Beginners Program has two months duration, 12 people max and consists of a series of both theoretical and practical lessons.
